Alma Fria

Alma Fria, a small winery in the remote ridge tops of the West Sonoma Coast, was founded in 2012 when winemaker Carroll Kemp and vintner Jan Holtermann purchased a special vineyard amongst the redwoods in Annapolis. Their wines represent a return to time-honored, non-interventionist winemaking and a system of biological viticulture that truly respects the ecology.
