Oceano Wines

Oceano Wines was founded in 2016 by Rachel Martin. Rachel has been growing grapes and making wine since 2004, beginning with her family's winery, Boxwood, in Virginia. Rachel authored the 2012 successful petition establishing Middleburg Virginia as the state's seventh AVA.

Oceano specializes in bright and savory coastal Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. All the fruit that founder and CEO Rachel Martin crafts into distinctive versions of these popular varietals hails from the Spanish Springs Vineyard. Located in the San Luis Obispo Coast AVA, it is the closest vineyard to the ocean in California.
