Description
Our Castle Rock Zinfandel is made from grapes grown in California’s Lodi region, a home to grape cultivation since the 1850’s. Here, the long dry summers and cool moist winters combine with loam soils to provide ideal growing conditions. This complex, full-bodied wine has aromas of ripe bing cherry, anise and boysenberry jam. On the palate it has rounded tannins, carries note of raspberry, and finishes with a hint of caramel.
