Our Chardonnay grapes were gently pressed as whole cluster fruit, and cool temperature fermented before undergoing secondary fermentation to bring out lush & buttery notes that complement the bright fruit characteristics of this coastal influenced chardonnay.
Aromas of brioche and fresh lemon curd lead to flavors of Bosc pear and freshly baked apple pie with notes of butter and baking spices on the palate.
