Salt and Stone Pinot Noir 2021

This wine was made to bring out the beautiful qualities, depth of flavor, balanced acidity, and subtle complexities of Pinot Noir that come from grapes grown along the breathtaking Central Coast. Aromas of black cherry mingle with earthy notes of forest floor. On the palate, flavors of caramelized strawberry, white pepper, and tobacco mingle with notes of freshly backed cherry pie made with baking spices.
