Salt and Stone Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

The lush dark fruit of this Cabernet is balanced by its structure and tannins. Oak aging brought out its depth, richness, and long smooth finish. This elegant structure was achieved because of the vineyard’s cool nighttime coastal influences and warm daytime temperatures on the Central Coast. Aromas of cherry cola and orange peel mix with grains of paradise and a hint of leather. On the palate, you’ll notice flavors of Tahitian vanilla, blackberry, and black cherry. This wine has excellent structure and lush tannins.
