Crane Lake Riesling

This light-colored wine displays aromas of honeysuckle and orange blossom; flavors include green apple and peach; the finish is mildly sweet, crisp, and lingering. This wine is an excellent aperitif, yet it pairs well with a number of different foods. Try it with New England clam chowder, smoked salmon, Chinese chicken salad, roasted duck, or scallops in a cream sauce.
