Description
From Mendocino to Lake County to the Sonoma Coast - wonderful Viognier vineyards provide grapes for this blend. All achieve ideal ripeness and we harvest at the peak of bright flavor. The vines bask in the sun during the day and are cooled at night, which contributes to this Viognier’s full-body weight and nice acidity. Fermented in stainless steel, it was kept at a cool temperature to preserve it's lovely fruit character.
