Intercept Chardonnay 2022

When making Intercept Chardonnay we target bright acidity with a rich mid-palate created by the extended sur lie aging. Made from a single vineyard, our Chardonnay was brought in in the early morning hours and gently pressed. Intercept Chardonnay is medium-bodied with spiced apples, citrus, and biscuit notes. Rich from barrel fermentation and sur lie aging, the wine has bright acidity with a lingering toasty oak finish
