Electra Moscato 750ml 2022

Electra Moscato is a light, sweet, slightly effervescent, Moscato d’Asti style wine made with Orange Muscat and Muscat Canelli. To make Electra, the grapes are crushed, chilled, and allowed to macerate. The grapes are pressed and allowed to ferment very slowly at a low temperature. The fermentation is arrested at 4.5% alcohol and the wine retains a slight spritz. Electra Moscato has aromas and flavors of sweet citrus, peach, and melon. Pair with fresh fruit, salads, spicy and sweet dishes or with desserts and cheeses including chocolate and cookies.
