Red Electra Moscato 750ml 2022

Red Electra Moscato is a light, sweet, slightly effervescent, Moscato d’Asti style wine made with Orange Muscat, Muscat Canelli, and Black Muscat grapes. To make Red Electra, the grapes are crushed, chilled, and allowed to macerate. The grapes are pressed and allowed to ferment very slowly at a low temperature. The fermentation is arrested at 5.5% alcohol and the wine retains a slight spritz. Red Electra tastes of cherry, berry, and pomegranate. Pair with spicy and sweet dishes or with desserts and cheeses including chocolate bon-bons, truffles, spiced holiday cookies, vanilla, and fruit.
