Description
The 2021 harvest gave us fruit of outstanding quality with delicious ripe flavors and clean acidity. The growing season was ideal with mild spring temperatures and little rain, followed by warm summer days and cool nights. AROMAS: Crisp apple, lemon zest with subtle hints of smooth vanilla. FLAVORS: Rich flavors of baked apple, lemon custard and toasted almond.
