Description
The vineyard is farmed with organic pratices. The wine aged 12 months in French oak barrels sourced from the finest forests of central France, with 35% new oak. Exceptional fruit, color, density show just how good this varietal can be when growing on our unique terroirs of Sonoma County. Deep garnet color, nose offers savory aromas of blackberries, dark cherries and hints of mints and cocoa. Rich fruit flavor combined with silky tannins and good balance creating a rich and fresh mouthfeel. the wine was scored 94 by James Suckling.
