Star Lane Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

At Star Lane Vineyard, we're typically cooler than most Happy Canyon estates due to our elevation and aspect, so the cooler vintage meant a nice ripening which produced depth of color and flavor and allowed us to bump up the core Cabernet Sauvignon within the blend to 81%. Just like the previous vintage, Petite Verdot was perfect for depth and made out 11% of the blend while Merlot accounted for 7% and just a 1% touch of Cab Franc completed the profile.
