Littorai `The Haven Vineyard` Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2021

The Haven is a 4 acre vineyard northwest of the town of Occidental about 4 miles from the ocean in the Sonoma Coast AVA. Littorai purchased and planted the site in 2001. It is managed according to biodynamic principles, like all Littorai vineyards. It is vibrant and aromatic, with blackberry, crunchy cherry, red liquorice with hints of black pepper and baking spices. The excellent acidity lends freshness to the palate followed by good, chewy but balanced tannins. It has a very long finish and great underlying richness.
