Heaven and Earth Pinot Noir 2021

After 16 months in barrel, we settled on a blend including 33% of each of three clones (Calera, Pommard, 828); an event split, resulting in a wine that reflects the true character of the vineyard and vintage. Bottled un-fined and un-filtered, the 2021 Heaven and Earth Pinot Noir captures each element of what we believe in here at Red Car: Tailored viticulture, traditional cellar practices and the desire to produce wines of typicity.
