Our plush yet structured Cabernet Sauvignon draws on fruit sources from the best regions of coastal California. The foundation of the blend hails from Mendocino County where rich red volcanic soils and temperature fluctuations produce fruit with great death of colour, elegant structural tannin, and luscious red berry flavours. On the palate pomegranate, blackberry and stone fruit take the lead. French oak provides a soft framework and flavours of roasted nuts and sweet mocha. Firm and focus tannins contribute notes of warm spice and black pepper. A lingering finish of berry and currant flavors
