Description
The climate of the growing region is key to both developing and preserving the aromatic and flavour precursors we desire. Morning fog and cool breezes characterize our favourite growing regions for Sauvignon Blanc, and our approach is to blend across compatible regions to layer-in signature varietal character. Orange and yellow citrus flavours lead on the nose with lemon, tangerine, grapefruit pith, and tangy kumquat. On the palate citrus mingles with honeydew melon, sweet basil, stone fruit and pebble minerality. The acid is crisp, racy, and refreshing.
