Winemaking : No stem inclusion, mostly pump over, short skin contact of 10 days. Aged 8 months in 100 % neutral French oak.

Tasting Notes: The color shows a riveting dark red with a ruby hue, resulting from very cold night leading to harvest.

The nose is intense and opulent, showing black cherry and warm spices altogether.

On the palate, the wine shows a soft layers of fruit then minerality and spices are adding to the tight texture and the richness underlying. Light footed and playgul, it reminds of Pommard with its grip and minerality.
