Description
From a privately owned vineyard, farmed and managed by Prudy Fox. Clones 667, 777, and a little 115 were picked on 29 September 2021 at 22 BRIX. The fruit was hand-picked and sorted. 84% de-stemmed leaving 16% whole cluster for a natural fermentation. 16 months aging in neutral French oak barrels.
