The only Cabernet Franc vineyard confirmed safe to harvest in 2020, Thalia was picked and processed to closed top tanks before the outbreak of the Glass Fire. This 25+ year old vineyard produces incredible wines. This wine spent 22 months in French oak (25% new) and nearly a year in bottle, this wine is open and expressive. Showcasing an elegant Cabernet Franc bouquet with notes of violet, pepper and spices. Vibrant and high toned on the palate with bright acidity and elevated tannins.
