Donnachadh Estate Chardonnay 2020

The 2020 Estate Chardonnay matured for 10 months in about 20% new oak and an additional six months in stainless steel. It has deep scents of baked apples, toast, honey and hay with hints of chaparral and cream. The medium-bodied palate offers surprising concentration, exploding with savory apple flavors.
